The material 2.4665 is a nickel alloy that is highly resistant to oxidation up to 1200 °C, stress corrosion cracking, carburization and carburization and nitriding, which leads to relatively early failure of refractory materials. The alloy is suitable for any type of welding. The basis of the alloy is nickel, which provides the plasticity of the material.
Affordable price and excellent performance characteristics make Hastelloy X alloy very popular in the manufacture of various elements for gas turbines, industrial furnaces, chemical and nuclear power equipment, jet engines and other equipment whose operation involves high temperatures.
