Cost - depending on the weight and type of product.
Standard shipping - it's the "most classic" shipping method. We usually use DHL or GLS. For example, if the length of the product is longer than 1 meter, we will use GLS. if less than 1 meter - then DHL.
The shipping method options are not the same for all products. For example, you don't see Deutsche Post for heavy and long products such as 2-meter-long pipes or round bars. This shipping method is intended for non-heavy products up to a length of 33 cm.
Please note that we can only ship from Monday to Friday, as shipping and post on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) are free.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent (§ 13 BGB).
You have the right to terminate this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax, e-mail or eBay message) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
