Costs - depending on weight and type of product.
Standard shipping - it is the most "classic" shipping method. We usually use DHL or GLS. For example, if the length of the product is longer than 1 metre, we use GLS. if less than 1 metre - then DHL.
The shipping method options are not the same for all products. For example, you will not see Deutsche Post for heavy and long products such as 2 metre long pipes or round rods. This shipping method is intended for non-heavy products up to a length of 33 cm.
Please note that we can only ship from Monday to Friday, as shipping and post on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) are free of charge.
Right of cancellation
Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax, e-mail or eBay message) of your decision to cancel this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
