Description:

Constantan wire is a circular cross-section product manufactured by cold drawing. The semi-finished product is supplied in a solid state. Due to the addition of elements such as nickel and copper, constantan wire is very corrosion resistant. At temperatures below 800 °C, the product does not oxidise when exposed to oxygen. Constantan wire is completely resistant to most organic acids and salt solutions.

The special electrical properties of the product (formability, resistance at high temperatures, unique electrical properties) determine the application range of constantan wire.
