The photo shows spools with 2-3 kg of wire. The color of the wire supplied may differ slightly from the one on the first diagram. Copper wire with a somewhat reddish coating can be delivered, as shown on other diagrams of this article.

Description:

Copper wire is a very good conductive material. In order to give it further properties, it is additionally coated with varnish and other metals, e.g. with a thin layer of silver. Normally, the thickness of the silver layer on a copper wire is silver-plated from 3 to 9 μm. That is enough to achieve good corrosion resistance.
