Welding wire Inconel® 625 NiCrMo-3 TIG 2.4831 Nickel TIG welding rods Ø 1.6-3.2mm
The material 2.4831 is a nickel-based alloy. The alloy has high corrosion resistance in various aggressive environments and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
The temperature of the beginning of intensive scale formation is 1100 °C. Maximum operating temperature in sour gases is 500 °C. This alloy has high heat resistance up to 1000 °C. The deposited material retains its impact properties at negative temperatures down to -196°C.
It is intended for surfacing and welding of similar and chemically similar corrosion-resistant steels and alloys, as well as for welding and surfacing of CrNi(N) cryogenic austenitic steel grades and cast and cryogenic nickel-containing steels subjected to quenching and tempering.
