If you need rods made of the material 2.4631, buy them from the online shop Auremo at favourable prices.
The material 2.4631 is a nickel-based superalloy consisting mainly of nickel and chromium. This material, also known as UNS N07080, is a material with a high nickel content and can be precipitated and hardened through ageing. In addition, elements such as titanium, aluminium and carbon in 2.4631 / Alloy 80A make the material mechanically highly resilient.
This special alloy can be used at temperatures of up to 815 °C thanks to the elements it contains. This material, also known as Nimonic 80A, contains around 2.7% titanium and 1.5% aluminium elements, and the combination of all these elements has made the material 2.4631 / Alloy 80A highly resistant to corrosion and temperature.
Properties of the material 2.4631:
- High creep and creep rupture strength
- Good corrosion resistance
- High temperature resistance
- Good machinability and weldability
Main application of the material 2.4631:
- Components for gas and steam turbines
