If you need rods made of the material 2.4631, you can buy them at the Auremo online shop at reasonable prices.
The material 2.4631 is a nickel-based superalloy, which mainly consists of nickel and chromium. Also referred to as UNS N07080, this material is a high nickel content material and can be precipitated and hardened through aging. In addition, elements such as titanium, aluminum and carbon in 2.4631 / Alloy 80A make the material mechanically highly resilient.
Thanks to the elements it contains, this special alloy can be used at temperatures of up to 815 °C. This material, also called Nimonic 80A, contains about 2.7% titanium and 1.5% aluminum element and through the combination of all these elements the material 2.4631 / Alloy 80A has become very corrosion and temperature resistant.
Properties of the material 2.4631:
- high creep and creep strength
