If you need bars made of the material 2.4375, buy them at the online shop Auremo at reasonable prices.
Material 2.4375 is a nickel-copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of 2.4360 with higher strength and hardness benefits. Enhanced properties are achieved by adding aluminum and titanium to the nickel-copper base and heating under controlled conditions to precipitate the sub-microscopic Ni3 (Ti,Al) particles throughout the matrix. Thermal treatment for precipitation in W.Nr. 2.4375 material is often referred to as wet hardening or aging.
Typical applications for 2.4375 material include chains and cables, marine fasteners and springs, pump and valve components for chemical processing, doctor blades and scrapers for pulp processing in papermaking, oil well accessories and tools, pump shafts and impellers, non-magnetic housings , safety elevators and valves for oil and gas exploration and sensors and other electronic components.
In our online shop Auremo you will find various sizes of nickel rods, we also have a large selection of other rods at reasonable prices. If you have any questions, contact us.
