The steel hn70u is a heat-resistant, high-alloy, limited-weldability alloy that is widely used in construction, apparatus engineering, and various areas of light and heavy industry. This alloy is characterized by a high content of various alloying elements that give it the highest strength, heat resistance, and other advantages.
Nickel has the largest share in the composition of this alloy at 65 to 71%, and the chromium content is 26 to 29%. In addition, there are aluminum, iron, and other components. This ratio of components makes the alloy hn70u heat-resistant and high-strength.
The alloy exhibits increased hot strength but is observed to be unreliable in sulfurous environments.
The material hn70u is used to manufacture parts for gas pipeline systems that operate at 1100-1200 °C under moderate stress.
