The steel hn70u is a heat-resistant, high-alloy, limited weldable alloy widely used in construction, equipment manufacturing, and various fields of light and heavy industry. This alloy is characterized by a high content of various alloying elements, giving it the highest strength, heat resistance, and other advantages.
Nickel has the largest share in the composition of this alloy, ranging from 65 to 71%, with a chromium content of 26 to 29%. It also includes aluminum, iron, and other components. This ratio of components makes the hn70u alloy heat-resistant and high-strength.
The alloy exhibits increased heat resistance but is observed to be unreliable in sulfur-containing environments.
The material hn70u is used to manufacture parts for gas pipeline systems operated at 1100-1200 °C under moderate stress.
