If you need the Haynes 263 alloy, you can buy it at the Auremo online shop at favorable prices.
Haynes 263 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy developed to provide good workability in the annealed condition and very high strength in the hardened condition. Compared with other materials such as Waspaloy or Rene 41, material 2.4650 is easier to form or weld and has excellent ductility at medium temperatures. Alloy 263 is supplied in the annealed condition and, due to its excellent ductility, is suitable for both cold and hot forming. With a suitable welding wire composition, material 2.4650 can be welded using both TIG and MIG processes.
Properties of material 2.4650:
- high strength
- good oxidation resistance
- good weldability
Main application of material 2.4650:
- aerospace and aviation
- gas turbines
- chemical industry
