Description:
The advantages of using zinc anodes include improving the physical properties and increasing the electrical conductivity of the material. Galvanizing forms a thin zinc layer on the steel surface, protecting metals and constructions from corrosion, moisture, and premature wear. The chemical element zinc increases the strength of the protected material. Zinc provides both active and passive corrosion protection, forming a barrier and protecting exposed neighboring iron surfaces and layer defects from corrosion by acting as a sacrificial anode.
Store zinc anodes in enclosed spaces without access to active chemicals and moisture. Products should not be subjected to mechanical stress. When adhering to transportation and storage conditions, zinc anodes retain their original properties.
At room temperature, zinc is brittle in the cast state, becoming ductile at 120°C.
Properties of Zinc Anodes:
- Easy to use
- High formability
- 100% recyclable
- Corrosion resistance
Main Applications of Zinc Anodes:
- Microelectronics Industry
