Stainless Steel 316 Ti Flat Bar 1.4571 V4A Sheet Metal Strip 20x0.5mm-90x6mm Cut-to-Size Strips
Stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti) – titanium-stabilized austenitic CrNiMo steel, non-magnetic, high heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and weldability, stable at elevated temperatures above 800°C. Used in the chemical industry, food industry, vehicle construction, and construction industry. Available from Auremo.
For the width and length of the sheet metal cut, the tolerance is +/-2mm
Important: Sheet metal cut pieces are not suitable for decorative or visible areas. Cutting is done with a guillotine shear. Edges are sharp! Not all sheets are in protective film. Surface is pure industrial quality—scratches are not excluded! Please request separately in advance—we will try to find a solution for you.

The material 1.4571 is the titanium version of stainless steel 316. 1.4571 contains a small amount of titanium in the alloy composition. The titanium content is normally about 0.5%. The titanium atoms strengthen the structure of steel 316 at temperatures above 800 °C. This prevents carbide precipitation at grain boundaries and protects the material from corrosion attacks. 1.4571 is also referred to as 316Ti. It can be used over a longer period at elevated temperatures. Most mechanical properties of type 316 remain the same for 1.4571.
Material 316L is suitable for welding applications with larger wall thicknesses, while 1.4571 is suitable for extensive applications in high-temperature environments. If 1.4571 is to be welded, filler materials such as 1.4430 and 1.4576 are recommended.
1.4571 is an austenitic stainless steel. Its properties are therefore non-magnetic. So you can say that material 1.4571 is a non-magnetic material.
Stainless steel 1.4571 has excellent properties, even better than AISI 316, when it comes to withstanding high temperatures over a longer period. This material has similar mechanical properties to stainless steel 316, but contains titanium, which makes it more stable at high temperatures.
Stainless Steel 1.4571 has the following advantages:
- high heat resistance
- good corrosion resistance
- durability
- good weldability
Stainless Steel 1.4571 is used in such areas:
- chemical industry
- construction industry
- vehicle construction
- electricity sector
- food industry
- household appliances
